UFNetwork provides web services integrating TikTok Developer APIs for authorized users. Services include OAuth authentication, content management, and API data processing per TikTok guidelines.[web:33]

3. User Responsibilities

• Users must comply with TikTok Developer Guidelines and Brand Guidelines.
• No unauthorized scraping, spamming, or abuse of TikTok APIs.
• Users are responsible for their account security and authorized use only.

4. Prohibited Activities

Prohibited: adult content, illegal activities, spam, unauthorized data collection, or violating TikTok terms. We reserve right to suspend access for violations.[web:33]

5. Limitation of Liability

UFNetwork provided "as is". No warranties for uptime, data accuracy, or third-party API availability (TikTok). Liability limited to service fees paid.[web:82]

6. Termination
